I loved the first season, but this season is amazing.
If you’re not watching this series, you’re missing out. I’m not one of the regular over analyzing folks on here with an arts or theatre degree, but it’s a fricking good watch.

Binged the 5 episodes yesterday. I like where this season is going.
Oh, and Sheridan put himself in one of the episodes, went take a shite, and was never seen again. I'm guessing that was on purpose but added nothing to the show.

I’m not pissed that Sheridan puts himself in his own shows…I’ve seen worse actors. Season 2 is good, but it’s not without flaws. Here’s the biggest: so sick and tired of all the “tough” talk from everybody. Just ridiculous. And of course the biggest badass to ever walk the planet is “Joe”…the over-the-top toughness from the “girls” in the show is just laughable….it’s like every female actress is Tater or Teeter or whateverTF the girl ranch hand’s name in Yellowstone is….my son has been a Ranger for 6 years now, so I’m somewhat familiar with the culture…people don’t casually talk like that….that being said, it is still a good watch.

Man that season 2 finale was fricking epic. One of the best war gunfights I've seen in a while.

They tied it up a little to easily and quickly though. Am i the only one that feels this way? The entire season felt rushed and with 2-3 filler episodes.

Just binged both seasons and watched the season 2 finale. Both seasons were good but I liked season 2 better.
The girl power from Jo is a little over the top. Also, I don’t know what Nicole Kidman did to her face but she doesn’t look right.

Plot is so damn confusing compared to season 1. Is the mission Carrillo uncle? Chinese working for the cartel? Chinese helping activate nuclear plants in Iraq? Who’s the main antagonist of this season?

I think it was whichever country was brining in the nuclear scientists. But i'm not sure how kidnapping the Senator in the 1st episode ties in.
You are right. It wasn't explained clearly enough for me to understand, but I'm not that smart.

It was a feint so that we would allocate resources to the border while the China smuggles their nuke techs into Iran.
