No. This is such an emotional response.
It’s been three tough games and the team has issues, but you don’t saddle your program with a $60M+ buyout, and fire a guy after only three years. That would cause serious damage to LSU’s brand, and all these elite coaches you think are lining up to coach at LSU for less money than Kelly is making will laugh and hang up when LSU calls.
Kelly is there for the next two years so we just need to suck it up and make peace with that right now.

It won't be this season after he won 10 games in the first two years. But, there needs to be a short list for 2025 and maybe even start kicking the tires to see who would be interesting. This bad. This is really bad right now.
It would be different if we went out on the cheap and got an up and coming coach. But, BK is a marquee name. He has the experience. His salary suggests that he's expected to have a jump in success from year 2 to 3.

With that class who won’t be ready for another year we need to hire a brain at OC & DC I don’t think there is an answer it’s a mess, but with all the negative press we are getting now how many kids are gonna start to waffle now? We are going to lose kids out of this class unless we can get them on campus Jan 1

I was emotional last night but I believe BK should get at least 5 full seasons at LSU. I do not believe he will win us a NC but the three previous coaches did so who knows ?
The one question that I don’t know the answer to is this. Do the majority of the lsu starters like BK ? Does BK and this team respect one another ? Seems like there is a lot of frustration and friction going on . Why is that ?

Even if we could afford it I'd say no, but I think his seat should be getting warm next season. It probably won't be though.

He doesn’t have it. NIL changed the way the players relate to coaches. Why do you think Saban quit? I’m not sure what the answer is, but Kelly is not it.
