Can we get Gordon McKernan in here to work some settlements? Trajectory of the program has to change or things could get even uglier

it’s def past time for a youth movement in coaching at LSU… We don’t need another old guy, set in his ways… Time for some young blood through out the entire system… Time for the Good ole boys to GTFO

I think it's a mix of both. I think we have a talent problem on defense, but a coaching problem on offense with Joe Sloan and Brad Davis.

It’s a little of both. Not having a consistent long snapper/not even a mediocre punter on the roster is absurd and is 100% on the coaches.

Start with Davis, Sloan, and the safeties coach. I would also say the Sc coach but that won’t happen. Need to hire a special teams coach. Then in 2 years fire Kelly and start over.

Agree. But things also seem to be off with Kelly and the players. He himself needs to make some adjustments.

Fire Nagle as the special teams have been awful and TEs have been underwhelming outside of Taylor, who he has had nothing to do with his development.
Replace him with a legit SPECIAL teams coach that can help with TEs.
Demote Sloan back to QB coach and Hankton to WR coach. Neither deserves the Co-OC title. They don’t like it, they can leave without a buyout. Neither is irreplaceable and both have had their units underwhelm this season to be kind.
Hire a legit OC that knows what they are doing.
On defense, fire and replace Olsen with either a legit LBers coach and move Baker to Safeties, or hire an actual good safeties coach, cause Olsen clearly sucks.
In the end, changes have to be made or this team will be worse in two years than they were under Orgeron in his last year.
