Bummer! Wish there was a way to give the Crystal Ball to Utah or Texas... Both of these guys tonight are seriously hard to watch winning a BCS Championship!

We just need to focus on the loser tonight.

Relish in their misery, people. That part will be fun.

I just can't fathom hearing about Tebow being God and Meyer being the best head coach in history.

So Go Sooners! Yikes.

Either way it will be tough to watch the winner celebrate tonight. However, I think watching Stoops and Bradford celebrate would be easier than watching CUM and Tebow. As much as I love the SEC, I'm a Sooner tonight.

i'm SEC all the way. Gators 55, Okies 21.they never should have said Tebow would be the 4th best qb in the big 12. How stupid.
I don't like the announcers going gay, but that's not Tebow's fault.
Meyer though I can't stand.

In an article on espn.com today, Brandon Spikes said, "the last guy who disrespected Tebow, we hung 50 on 'em." Hm, wonder who that might be.

agreed 100%

Which one will be interviewed at halftime and be asked "ok, coach, how do you get your team back in this game?"

Halftime of the 2003 MNC , Stoops was asked about his defense adjustments, and the reported hinted that LSU's D was the best, his said " No, No we have the best defense in the country,,uhh, uhh, we just got play like it"

I heard J. Lee is going to parachute into Miami and steal the crystal football as soon as it's being hoisted.

P.S. He'll be wearing a spuerman cape.

I keep going back and forth. I hate CUM and Florida. But I don't want to have to listen about how the Big 12 is better than the SEC. And if Florida wins that will mean that 3 of the 4 "best" teams from the Big 12 South would have lost their bowl game. OSU, Texas Tech and OU. I heard a guy last night say that the Big 12 is better than the SEC this year top to bottom. If Tech, OSU and OU lose how can one say that?

But then again I hate Florida and CUM.

Then what? He's gonna accidentally give it to the other team?

damn, this really is a tough one for all the reasons mentioned.

Like most here, I can't stand Myer, but do respect Tebow and what he brings to the game. Originally, I was in the "pull for the SEC" camp, but I've had second thoughts since hearing Colin Cowherd go on and on this morning about how great CUM is and how he is dominating the SEC and is dominating recruiting (though the SEC did get some love too including LSU's 38-3 beat down of a "solid" G Tech team). He was specifically comparing him to Spurrier and saying basically Spurrier is over rated and only dominated at a time when there wasn't the level of coaching and talent at the other schools in the SEC like there is now (true comparison I think).

So as much as I'd love to see the SEC dominate and win another title, it's hard to pull for Fla. But I guess I gotta. Plus, it will be all the more sweeter when the Tigers take down the "defending champs" on their return to Baton Rouge next year. Just marked the date on my calendar and I will make it home for that one!!

The SEC winning helps LSU, if next year it is close to us being in the top 2 again and we are SEC champs, we will get the benefit of the doubt. As the SEC champion would have won the last 3 BCS championships.

Technically, you don't HAVE to root for anyone. Have a beer and watch football.
