We have 1 playmaking QB
We have 1 playmaking RB
Run blocking is atrocious
Our best clutch receiver is Taylor
Play calling is easy to figure out
No consistency

Defense is missing Perkins I don’t care what anyone says
The safety’s are not good
Whit can’t do it all
Where is the toughness
Where is the physicality
Where are the adjustments

Kicker is inconsistent
Punter is not good
Burrell by far best player in ST

LSU is 2-3 plays away from being 4-5

When is the last time this program in back to back games literally got pushed around and boat raced?

We are in for a long 2-3 year run with BK at the helm in my opinion because all of the above falls on the HC.

That is all.

Where has Kelly upgraded the team? It is weak across the board? Who is the "playmaking" QB? I would love to know. Do you mean playmaking for the opposition?

We only have 1 QB pretty much that makes plays. How’s that?

Exactly. A couple of plays away from being 7-2 and Won west in his 1st year and beat Saban bama team with less talent and patched together defense. Not defending last 2 games but to act like that can't change in the future denies the obvious. You have the #5 class this year with freshmen getting experience. Have the #3 class in 2025 and the 2026 class is currently at #6. They will have to pickup a couple of portal transfers especially on the Oline and LB/Safety but all things aside they would be set up to make a run. If he doesn't then at that time he will probably have enough boosters to buy him out but the Never Kelly crowd is getting as ridiculous as the Never Trump crowd. The KDS needs to subside and lets judge by the rest of the season and what we have coming. Hell GA may not make the playoffs with 3 losses.

BK looks like a fraud ripping LSU off $100 million. And stuck with him another 4 years even if he has several losing seasons.
Woodward freaked up big time and had almost an entire season to make this hire too.

I'd say we are 2 plays away from 8-1. Had Nuss ran for the first against A&M I think we win that one too

We score on the first drive and don’t get a dumb penalty on our first TD that set up that long return and we beat USC

you can count that as 1 play and 1 not penalty if you want.

but we needed a LOT of plays against A&M to win that game.

This boards obsession with Nuss is crazy. I'm not saying he's bad, but he's not a playmaker. This is the main problem. He can't just be a game manager which is all we need him to be. He keeps trying to be a playmaker.

He's Jarrett Lee 2.0.

Edit: I stand corrected.

Jarrett Lee had a better Touchdown to Interception ratio.

Jarrett Lee (2008-2011)
Touchdowns: 32

Interceptions: 21

Touchdown to Interception Ratio: 1.52 (32/21)

Garrett Nussmeier (2021-Present)
Touchdowns: 15

Interceptions: 10

Touchdown to Interception Ratio: 1.5 (15/10)

He is wildly inconsistent and has killed the effort to win in at least two games.

Despite Kelly's statement to the contrary, Nuss needs to sit.

Isn’t there a good 2025 class coming in, plus a stud QB….

I’m not obsessed with Nuss at all but BK has yet to make any changes. So we are stuck with him. Trust me. I wish they would give Hurley a shot because Rickie Collins doesn’t have it.
