Re-watching Yellowstone last night in preparation for tomorrow’s episode, and I saw that you can order steaks from the 6’s. 6666 Ranch

Coastal Plains Meat Company is a Veteran owned Louisiana business based out of Eunice. They have Meat packages you can order or you can build your own.

You can also order direct from Allen Brothers. This is the source for many high-end steak houses.
But I like the other recs in here as well. Support your local producers where you can.

There are several vendors at the BR Farmer’s Market that appear to have locally grown beef and can do whatever you want. I’ve only tried a sample from one but it was good. Iverstines has local product and their steaks, ground beef and roasts have been excellent. They’ll cut whatever you want.
