The current picks must absolutely be defeated. It's time to contact your senators. Tell them that voting for these choices on the board right now is voting to get themselves recalled.

The V.P. should always be the Senate leader for their party whether majority or minority. IMHO.

No, not a good idea. The Repubs are never 100% together, any vote losses or turmoil will look bad on JD, they will blame him for any little thing. We need him to do some good things this term to be clean and ready for 2028.

Don't worry about it - 13 years ago I was making a lot of mistakes like that too.
