10:55pm - Philadelphia reported time for next mail in ballot drop - over 10,0000
Soon after midnight - Milwaukee election commission to release 10s of thousands of votes.
( Update: still counting both mail in votes and the majority of day of votes.)
Before midnight: Michigan drops 3 counties including part of Detroit. Still waiting on a truckload of votes to get to the counting center.
(Update at 11pm: Wayne County is not reporting partial results. They will wait for the total votes to be counted before revealing anything.)

Per CNN the reasons for timing issues:
Milwaukee - had a human error in ballot counts and same day voting and registration issues. They came to a resolution and can report them tonight. UPDATE: may not be able to report until 2am
Philadelphia -
Michigan - now saying they might have a winner declared tonight instead of tomorrow as expected . PArt of the reason for delay is they will wait for the total votes to be counted before revealing anything.)
