We (family of 5; me/wife, 3 teenage kids 14-18 years old) are looking at the possibility of a dude ranch vacation next summer (2025). We looked in the Jackson WY/Yellowstone area a few summers ago but didn't end up booking it.

Triangle X ranch outside of Jackson has been around forever. I hunt with them every few years, but have stayed with them before as well. Top notch location and operation. The Turner family has been doing it a long long time.

If you're looking for an authentic experience, check out Eaton's Ranch about 5 miles from my hometown, in Wolf, WY.

We did the Dixie Dude Ranch in Bandera, TX couple summers ago. Good experience, great staff. Easy to do day trips to Fredericksburg or San Antonio as well.

CM Ranch is supposed to be really good though I’ve never been. Manager is from Louisiana.

Dude ranches generally are $$$$$ like $20k for a family of 4 for a week. If you have never done Yellowstone and GTNP I'd highly recommend doing that first, and then doing a horseback ride at Mill Iron Ranch which is supposed to be the best ride in the country (I've done it twice but little to compare to). Some other western stuff, can be done for much much less than that including some really nice dinners out.
I'm sure most of the ones on here are great. I was going to suggest Triangle X as I've fished with them. But they don't list their prices online even because I'm sure its $$$$$.
