Has anyone heard who we will be playing in 2009 besides the typical SEC schedule of teams?

Absolutely no way you can say this until the last few weeks of the season.

I thought that LSU was playing Houston on the 19th of September? What happened to that game?

I agree. We better go undefeated or be the most impressive one-loss team if we want to win it next year. I can't believe we are playing Tech, ULL, and Tulane in the same season. I understand we are under contract to play Tulane, and I agree that it is better to give in-state schools the money instead of Appy St. and Tryou, but we don't need to have three in-state schools in the same season?? Throw in the worst team in the Pac-10, and our OOC schedule sucks! We better blast the Huskies like we did Arizona in '03.

How about USC playing Alabama, Florida, Auburn and Georgia instead of freaking Azizona, Stanford Washington and UCLA! Talk about a panzy-arse scedule. Lose one of those and you get to play in the Rose Bowl against an also-ran from the Big 10.

Barring a hurricane, it could be 12 straight.

I know a guy who scheduled his wedding for the off date. He will have some empty seats if a hurricane screws up the season again.

Seriously, who the f@%k gets married from August to January?

2003 -- OOC Games
UL Monroe, Arizona, W.Illinois, LaTech

2007 -- OOC Games
Va Tech, Mid Tenn., Tulane, LaTech

2009 -- OOC Games
Washington, ULL, Tulane, LaTech

Its all the same crap except for Virginia Tech in 07. Our schedule is good enough. The SEC games will carry the weight we need.

Cheers, maybe you're right. IMO, the SEC was down this year, and with Georgia losing their stars, and UF potentially losing Tebow (I don't think he comes out), I don't know how much longer we rely on our conference strength to carry us. That's just me though.

FWIW, I would much rather we play Tech every year than Tulane, they will at least be a challenge while Dooley is there.

You might be right about GA but Im not ready to say FL will have a down year. They're always strong.

I wish we had at least one tough OOC game. I've seen Tiger fans say that other schools have weak OOC games, but ours is pretty weak too. Maybe I'm just dying for USC to play an SEC team.
