If you believe this season is toast and we need to improve draft position, you really should be hoping that he’s not fired until 1/6/25.
Terminating him now only gives you a nice little spark internally that could result in some extra wins. Sure you’ll get to review what you have in house, but you still can’t talk to anyone that’s currently employed until their respective seasons are done
