Wouldn't Trump need to be convicted of sedition? You can't just say ooh sedition and disqualify a candidate. Either way, it's not going to work, they know that, but they think that nobody else does. It's voter suppression to even talk about it like that, but they don't want to have that conversation.

He’s one of the worst we have. I’m shocked people like Raskin and Schiff didn’t try and backdoor Kamala for the nomination themselves. It shows how little of importance it is to Dems who it is as long as they have power.

No wonder they are conducting practice congressional evacuations from the capitol this week.

Is the plan to do it right after the election, like the next day?

It would be a wake up call if regular folks would confront these assholes on a regular basis.

The dem bitch was right to a certain extent when she said bother these people at any cost. Dinner etc

This is the game they want to play? I’ll be your huckleberry.

I think their bullshite that they instigated through the use of government operatives in an unarmed but pissed off crowd, somehow substantiates sedition.

If they attempted that, this would probably be a good test on how far the right can be pushed and the reaction. I still maintain outside of hunger, there will be no mass civil unrest, but this could really roil things up. The right is more or less peaceful and more interested in providing for their families than risking it over politics. This may be even more the case now with so many imprisoned for January 6.

I really think that they are going to be mocked, ridiculed, and ignored if that try that. Independent voters will not stand for it. Making a move like this could relegate them to a minority party for a decade or two.

Jan6th prosecution should have us over throwing the government right now. But I agree with you.

We are too sedentary.

It takes more than one. That’s all I’m gonna say.

Are we still dredging this stupid shite up?

If Donald Trump wins 270 electoral votes, he will be sworn in. The fear porn fantasy that somehow Democrats would magically be able to prevent that is laughable.

1. Raskin can’t do anything.
2. That video is from February, prior to the SCOTUS ruling about kicking Trump off the Colorado ballot.
3. After that ruling, he said he would come up with legislation regarding the 14th. Nothing ever happened.

So in summary, no, “the Dems” don’t plan to use the 14th amendment to disqualify Trump.

I want to believe he will win brother but after 2020 it’s obvious these fricks will do anything to ruin the fabric of our great nation. I will always have doubts after that. The only way they go away is if he wins this by a landslide, but it’s obvious they aren’t going to let that happen.
