Especially with Kirk and Chris coming to town anyway to call the game it'd make a lot of sense. But can't rule out them going somewhere completely out of left field like they've done a few times this year.

Could be wrong, but I doubt they consider that one bc they already told us they think LSU/Bama is bigger by choosing it for their primetime game. I think it's either BTR or some weird location that's chosen for ceremonial purposes other than the actual matchup

Lane Kiffin might pout if they don't go to Ole Miss

Will Nick want to come back to BR and get booed very deservingly? The decision might be his.

They could go to BYU @ Utah for the rivalry, but LSU-Bama is the best matchup of potential playoff teams

GameDay is 100% going to BR for LSU/Bama. It would be entertainment malpractice otherwise. Playoff implications, NICK SABAN, viewership, etc.

Besides, Ole Miss is losing to R-Kansas this Saturday, anyway.

Actually, I agree about Nick Saban going back to LSU as a gameday host is a big draw ratings wise.

Why is ESPN, the network who produces Gameday, so maligned and crapped on by so many people on here, but the thought of the show coming to campus gets everyone talking and excited?

Seems weird.

Does the fan base like the show, but dislike the network and everything else ESPN?

The Holy War would have been the easiest pick ever for ESPN had Utah not completely faceplanted in October. They may just pick to go there anyway. BYU isn't 8-0 very often

Wait until Nick has to pick a winner with the live audience of LSU and Bama fans. Be like your wife an GF being at the same event…

The gameday crew votes on where they go. Media executives decide what game is on primetime
