Ace Hardware will do it a good bit cheaper than the dealership for sure. I've had a few made at the one on Millerville before.

It's was like $130 vs $350 for my daughter's car.

Will they cut a base key that you bring in? Looking to get one off ebay.

Likely needs to be programmed also. If you find nothing you can get one from Tom's Keys. You send pics of the key, they cut it and send you the programmer to borrow. The key and the fob needs to be programmed.

I'm not sure. I bought everything there. Try American Key and Lock too on Sherwood near Airline.

If you're looking for a quick option, Pop-A-Lock is usually reliable. They can handle key cutting and programming too.

If it’s a newer vehicle, you gonna have to go to the dealership and get a programmed chip key or it will not start.

It ain’t like the 80s and 90s where a safe and lock place could make you a duplicate

If you have a working key and the vehicle you absolutely can get one programmed at Ace Hardware, including buying the fob there if they have yours in stock. I did it maybe a month ago. Left with a fully functional key fob for about 1/3rd of the price in 20 minutes. It just doesn't have the Honda logo on it.

It becomes more problematic if you lost the last key I believe.

Costco in Covington had someone offering the service the last two weeks I was there. I did not do it and don't know the price. Not sure if they're doing it in BR as well, but you can maybe check...

Tigers Locksmith did one for me. He can program it as well. He was recommend by a friend that works at a dealership bc he would be cheaper than them.

shite mine was $350 at Ace. Like $550 at the dealership. I'd rather just go back to $8 keys and run the higher risk of vehicle theft

2nd Tigers Locksmith.

Drew serviced all of our fleet vehicles for years and now he's got multiple people working under him. Really great local company to have. If you need a second key cut it is cheaper than making a brand new key without an original.
