Mack Brown in breach of coaches' poll contract

Brown just said he'll vote UT No. 1 in the final coaches poll. The BCS contract says he has to vote the winner of the title game No. 1. How does he breach this?

He's never voted in the Coach's poll and never will. It's fricking rigged, and people are still not voting the way they're contractually required to, because it's a joke.

So USC, Texas and Utah each get one vote with the winner of the title game getting the rest. Oh well, doesnot change the final poll really.

I'm sure UT brought their A game, too. This was one of those situations where UT wanted to be in the BCSNC, while OSU just wanted to be in the Fiesta. You could tell by how hard each team played, too.
Will OU deserve it if they get raped by UF?
There's no reason to have OU in that game over Texas. The rule is terrible.
