I would say anywhere from 10 to 14.

I thought we should have been ranked 15th-17th at the beginning of this year so I say 21st-23rd for 2009-2010. We will have an unproven quarterback again and we couldn't stop the pass with the same defensive backs we have coming back. i will not feel bad if some talking heads don't even have us ranked.

Between 10-15.
I think considering the talent we have coming back, and having a proven DC in Chavis we should be ready for another run at the SECCG.

Wow......ESP.........I was about to post these exact same words. I dont think "deserve" to be top 15 right now.
However, the AP and Coaches poll likes to go off Hype and Strong finishes.
Top 5 going into next year.
1. Texas
2. Oklahoma
3. USC......forever in the top 3 if the media has anything to do with it.
4. Depends on who comes back and who goes...........Florida/UGA/Ohio ST
5. Oregon.
Surprises in the top 10........dont be surprised if you see these teams in the top 10 next year:
Oklahoma St
Ole Miss
LSU...........13 OR 14 at best..........20th at worst.

I will have a better idea after all the underclassmen declare for the draft. If Bradford, Stafford, Tebow, etc. leaves we will be ranked lower.
As of right now, I have us ranked at 11.
1. Florida
2. Oklahoma
3. Georgia
4. Texas
5. USC
6. Missouri
7. Ohio State
8. Oklahoma State
9. Penn State
10. Ole Miss
11. LSU

Do you mean higher (i.e. lower number)?

I think with Chavis coming and with Jefferson having a good showing in the bowl game...... I'm thinking somewhere in the top 10. Maybe i'm a little of a homer, but those were our weakest spots this year and 'potentially' they've been fixed.

No Bama? I'm not a fan, but I think they'll be top 10 preseason. FWIW, I don't think they'll finish there.

I didn't place them as a top ten team because of the QB situation. They will probably be similar to the 2008 Tigers, IMO.
But the lovefest the media has with Saban, they probably will break the top 10.

Preseason 16-18
Postseason 13-15
Will have at least 3 losses next year as the QB situation is far from being solved.
