yeah, we have had some there and it was real good

this year, we are skipping dining there (even though it is one of our favorites) in favor of some new places for us

we are trying the yachtsman steakhouse, cinderall's royal table, coral reef etc

The sushi I had at Tokyo dining was the best i've had. They do lack on selection though.
Went last month and these were the places we ate at:
California Grill-great meal and great service, we watched the fireworks from up there

Chefs De France-Awesome food, I had the braised short ribs, they were fantastic and the creme brulee was everything I hoped it would be.

Tokyo Dining- Like I said great sushi, not a huge selection though

Fultons Crabhouse- Great meal, pricey, but awesome. I'd recommend the 3/4 lb king crab claws and lobster tail combo

Shula's Steakhouse in the Dolphin Hotel- Great Steak, awesome serivce, creme brulee might have been better than france. Very expensive though

we spend alot of time at epcot and hollywood studios so we might try that

Chef Yoshi at California Grill is like the 2nd rated sushi chef in the US for what it's worth. At least that is what they told me when I was there last summer. Chef Yoshi is a female sushi chef too...don't know if that matters or not to you.

i think this is the route we are going to take

probably try it one day for lunch

yeah, that area is real nice

friday we are planning a whole day @ epcot (future world till lunch, coral reef @ 2:30, then drinking around the world till illuminations), but thursday i think we are doing the morning at animal kingdom and the evening at Hollywood (one of the only 2 nights they have fantasmic) so that would probably work out great

take the bus from AK to the boardwalk, eat some sushi, then take the boat to Hollywood

went once back in 05

my wife and i were walking by and saw on the marquis that Deuce Mcallister was the player/guest that night but it was in like 3 hours, so we went next door and had a few then came back and had front row seats to see the deuce

i must say thought, i don't remember what we had to drink

how is the food at coral reef, i heard it wasn't great

my wife is a vegetarian so i figured we would try it for her, plus i heard the ambiance is cool
