Defense grew up tonight

If we could run block half as well as we pass block we would be dangerous

Nuss is a slinger. It is what it is.

The light show was alright.

Once the crowd discovered the aerodynamic properties of the wristbands, it was a given they would be sailing all over the place.

Traffic was surprisingly not terrible.

If they get traffic figured out, people won't have to leave so early.

Defense is still short one good corner and a decent centerfielder.

When most of the stadium stays the entire game, then rushes the field, those booking it to their car right after the game have no traffic

Yes. Weeks and Swinson were fantastic.

I'm not sure why everyone is so high on the defense though. We allowed 11 of 22 conversions. Several of them biiiig gains. Couldn't get a stop to save life. Turnovers were huge. I'm pretty sure weve NEVER successfully defended a 3rd and 6.

Nuss is the reason we can beat or lose to anyone left on the schedule.

Do you have any memory of last year’s defense at all?!
We win a natty last year with Jayden, Malik, and BT if we had this year’s defense.

Surely you remember how abysmal the defense was last year. Holding a good Lane Kiffin offense to 23 didn’t seem possible a few weeks ago.

The trick was not to throw them end over end, which seems more intuitive..but to throw them on a sideways plane allowing them to really glide and curve. Saw some good head knockers tonight. Hope they keep handing them out.

It gave me flashbacks to Saints fans throwing paper airplanes in the Dome back in the day
