Just wanted to give some flowers.

This song has aged very well.

They’ve certainly aged well especially compared with Alter Bridge, Chevelle and Crossfade…some of the 2003 top rock bands.

I can't agree on Chevelle. They're a good band imo

Hmmmm, trying to remember what they had in common.

Seriously, one of the most distinctive voices in history.

You think Chevelle hasn't aged well?

That's a take you don't hear often.

AB hasn’t had the engaging front man and crossfade weren’t writers by any means

I think Chevrolet is a bit of the odd man in that trio, not not o think they are exceptional but I do think they are solid representation of that era that one wouldn’t cringe playing for someone unfamiliar today like you would crossfade

I honestly agree. One of my favorites.

That whole first album is fantastic. It used to be my "go to" workout disc (especially in Iraq), because it was paced so well and had no skip tracks (at least for me).

I can't imagine a better tribute to a fallen rock star:

RIP Chris Cornell (my favorite singer of the era by a nose)

My band used to play that when it came out. Maybe a good time to add it back to my setlists. It's fun to sing and play. Takes a lot out of me on those choruses to get the right feel of the vocals. Cornell has always been one of my favorite singers.

And I like the drums by Bradley Wilk too, he said he was listening to a lot lf AC/DC and Phil Rudd their drummer, when Audioslave recorded that first album. Wilk said he liked how Phil kept it simple but powerful without overplaying.
