Why is the guy going throuh a suitcase on the floor of a JJ Fish's?? Did this illegal think he was killing thieves? Either way, the illegal could have just taken the suitcase because the guy didn't put up a fight, he walked away. No need to shoot him in the head, especially not the guy sitting down.
