Why are women in all ED ads?

Every ad on TV or the internet for any kind of ED treatment is only women. Hims, bluechew, viagra, etc. Just women on there talking about how happy they are that their man is now on the juice
Could you imagine the reaction if there were tons of commercials/ads for hormone cream, estrogen , some kind of performance enhancing salve etc for women and it was men talking about how much better their women performed after taking it?

Every time one of these commercials comes on, I make a very loud comment about how cool it is that there are women over the age of 40 that still want to have sex with their husband. Wife just rolls her eyes…..

It's an ad for women since they make the majority of the household purchases, they will go online and order it for their spouse/significant other. Certain states allow for prescriptions without a video call, just put in your insurance information and since it is considered a "heart medication" it is always covered.
