Pork shank in Baton Rouge?

Looking to find a pork shank or similar cut in Baton Rouge for an Oktoberfest dinner. I have tried calling Tramontes, Chris' Specialty Meats, and Iverstine with no luck. Anyone have an idea if I can find this locally or do I need to order online? Thanks!

I did this search in Alexandria last year. I had to go to Mamou - TBoy's - to get some. You'd probably be better off ordering online.

Try Poches. Pretty sure they get whole hogs. It would be closer than Mamou.

I called damn near every shop in BR and believe I found a place called Scallan's Choice Meats on Airline that sells them. Going to go there tomorrow to confirm.

I have been trying to find some in the New Orleans area since I had a delicious pork osso bucco at Tuscany Restaurant in Destin a few weeks ago. Hard to find.

I know Rouses sells a smoked pork shank Chisesi Pride is the brand. Probably not what your looking for, but figured I'd mention it. Buy them at the Juban location in Denham.
