Precook the homemade doughs for about 7-8 minutes in the oven inside at 325. Set Traeger to highest heat. BOOM. Great pizza with a little smoke taste.

Boudin and cracklins with Fresh Mozzarella (BelGioioso) with fresh basil from our garden.

The bottom one is Juneau's boudin, which was a little too greasy, topped with Fresh Mozzarella (BelGioioso) and homemade red sauce. Drizzled with our homemade strawberry chipotle fig jam sauce. . The top one is ground elk meat with Fresh Mozzarella (BelGioioso) and homemade red sauce. Fresh basil and herbs from our garden.

I've got the Weber pizza kettle attachment. Works very well. I can get that thing blazing above 500, easy.

Ahhhh
Dont really remember. Not long........8 - 10 minutes. Just watch it close. It doesn't take long. Especially if you leave your pellet grill preheating a long time.

I grilled pizzas on the charcoal Weber after Ida. Kids loved them. Have done them a few times since then but it's been a while.

I'll take the elk meat pizza.
