Who was LSU’s last Non-Transfer QB

Was it Anthony Jennings?

Jennings finished his career at UL Lafayette.
The answer would be Jarrett Lee. He was the starter for the majority of the games in 2011.
Then it was Mett (2012 & 2013), a transfer. Then Jennings(2014), who transferred out, then Harris(2015) who transferred out, then Ettling(2016 &2017) who was a Purdue transfer, then Burrow(2018 & 2019) who we all know about, then Finely(2020 - yes 5 starts which were the most by any QB) who transferred out, then Max Johnson(2021) who transferred out, then Daniels (2022 & 2023) who we also all know about, and now Nuss,
Had Brennan not been hurt in 2020 it would have been him.

Wow. Thanks for the dissection. I really hadn’t thought about all the qb changes and transfers in/out until you put it in writing. Its crazy to think how many have come through here the past ten + years.

Thanks, that’s what I was looking for. I forgot Jennings transfer to ULL. Wow, over a decade ago… really puts in perspective how rare a guy like Nuss is at LSU, and all of college football really.

Truly rare, but the losers in the media and fandom hating on him will make it even more rare going forward. Who would want to sacrifice so much for this trash?
