They did, and that was a good team they beat. I think beach volleyball beat them too.

I wouldn't say that, look at the National Championships over the years, 21 in volleyball, 16 in tennis, 12 in water polo, 11 in basketball, eight in track and field, four in soccer, two each in golf and gymnastics, and one each in baseball and swimming.
None in football, they did have one Heisman winner, but that was years ago.
As of late, LSU has done real good in Sports.
