Decent bottled Ceaser salad dressing

I know any salad dressing is better homemade but a good ceaser dressing has some hard to find ingredients (i.e. anchovie paste). Cannot find a bottled one that tastes very good. Any suggestions on a brand that is comparable to homemeade?

I just tried Ken's honey mustard and really liked it, did not even notice they had a ceaser. Will try it, thanks.

I don't think I have ever seen that brand. Is it in most grocery stores? I need to find a good dressing and the ones I have tried just are not very good.

You can make your own with minimal effort. Get a tin of anchovies and select about 6 whole filets, pull off any hard bits and remove the visible bones. Chop them up and then mash them with the side of the knife (like making a garlic paste...but without adding kosher salt). Chop and mash, chop and mash, and you'll end up with anchovy paste.
I've got a rockin Caesar dressing recipe - no raw yolk - that takes less than 5 minutes if you're interested.

This is true. Having said that my wife and I were eating lunch in Maxwell's several months ago and she eats the ceasar salad and I love that ceasar roasted chicken sandwich. We ask the gal if we can buy some dressing and she puts about a 6 dollar tag on a pint container then pours Kens out of a five gallon bucket into it.
You can get a big arse jug at Wal Mart.

Thanks everyone, looks like Ken's is on the grocery list.
Another question - Bottled salad dressing lasts forever - what about homemade? I am the only one who likes ceaser salad dressing and I don't want to make it and have it go bad in a week.
I have Outback's ceaser saled dressing recipe but again finding the ingredients plus how long it will keep are the main issues.

Ken's puts out some pretty good products for bottled dressings.

If your recipe calls for an egg yolk - coddled or not - it won't keep. If no egg, it should be good for 3-4 days.
Caesar dressing is easy enough to make, and you can make it in the quantity you want so it keeping shouldn't be a factor, once you decide to make your own.
The key is the garlic. Because there's raw garlic in the dressing you absolutely must make sure you mince it fine and then mash it into a pate with kosher salt.

Thanks for the info Garmich, sounds like you make a lot of ceaser dressing. Since I am the only one in the family who likes ceaser salad I don't think I could eat it all in 3-4 days, so I am going to have to try Kens and if that does not do then I will try to get all of the ingredients and make it myself. Hate the thought of having to throw a large amount of it away.
