Lacy needs to be benched next week

Not not only did you cost your team a ton, you went and then laughed and recreated it on the sideline. There is no discipline and no authority on this team if he isn't benched for the Nichols game. Kelly needs to make an example of him especially when the game will be won regardless.

I don’t really care about the penalty.
I care more about Lacy being fed on the first couple drives and then ignoring him for the rest of the game.
Oh, he was double teamed? Seems like a great time to find someone open down the field instead of continuing to try to establish the run that never worked or a 3 and out route when we need 5 yards

WTF. Lacy was making fun of the call. It was a stupid call. Lacy is one of the bright spots on the team and if they let Nussmeier sling it more Lacy would be a star this year. He stopped dropping every other pass.

Yeah Lacy was not responsible for the breakdown in coverage on the kickoff. Rather a drive start on their 35 than our 40.

When Kelly has a face to face talk with Lacy on the sideline about his stupid gun gestures……..and immediately after Kelly walks off, Lacy does the gun gesture on the bench.

lol I assume it's a bunch of kids on here that are defending Lacy. That's typical for that generation. Always worried about the next damn celebration or how cool we can look. It's clearly a penalty and should have been called. It would have even been called in the NFL. That's the rules and he's an idiot for doing it then showing how cool he was on the sideline to all his teammates that he just cost.
Nabers, Jefferson, Chase etc earned the right to celebrate and even they weren't stupid enough to simulate a shotgun to the face of their opponent and cost the team.
Lacy has done nothing in an LSU uniform to get any break for the stupidity that he just did. And yes it caused a short kickoff which is the only reason that the coverage team allowed it out the gate then a short field.
Burns isn't much better and should be benched too!
