Giving credit to Moss and Riley. They have a great offense, but here are the glaring errors made that I saw.
1) Receiving the ball in 1st half, and not taking the 3 points on the 1st drive. Stupid.
2) Not having Nuss pull the ball and scramble a couple times
3) The 2nd last possession and went 3 and out with 2 run plays, and hardly no time used up.
4) Last drive, Nuss missing Anderson in the flat
5) Defense play calling on USC's last drive. Rushing only 3 every time and giving Miller time to pick you apart, when the secondary is your weakest aspect.

Does anyone else think BK will have learned his lesson about receiving first and going for it on 4th and goal, or will it sink in after 2 years of playing Clemson to start the year?

This is a significant issue for CBK…he claims analytics favors receiving the ball first…??

Yeah, thats a straight up lie if he claims that. Unless he shows me the data to back that up, that math doesn’t math.

The next 3rd down play was just as bad. It was doomed because of illegal motion, but that could have been prevented by using a TO when it was clear the play was fricked before the ball was snapped.

2 penalties backed them up due to wanna be thug mentality cost them the game. And soft defense on last drive.

Nuss should’ve called the time out. He started to then called for the snap.

Scheduling USC in fricking Vegas, for starters. Refs couldn't have been more in the tank for SC if they tried. You could tell it fricking pained them to call something against USC that wasn't blatantly obvious. They held all fricking night. Watch the replay. It's at least every other play that they're holding. Never gets called. We didn't do ourselves any favors, but the refs fricking hosed our arse last night. Disconcerting signals my gooch line, bitch

The handling of that third-down play (with 3 timeouts) upset me the most.
