Looking for top 4 seafood places

You gotta narrow it down.
Where are you, what is your drive radius, what is your preferred atmosphere and what is your budget?

I had a very enjoyable dinner last week at the Beach Walk Cafe.
The snapper was delicious and the atmosphere reminded me of an upscale restaurant in Key West.

We visit nearby FWB. Normally one afternoon, we hit one of the local seafood shops. Most all of them will steam your purchases for free. We grab several pounds of royal reds, shrimp, crabs, and or crab legs. We get ghee from Publix and have a feast on the condo balcony.
The Louisiana Lagniappe is a great suggestion. Old Bay Steamer on Okaloosa is another one we frequent.

Well, that's part of an answer at least.
My faves for a pure seafood experience (your mileage may vary):
Harbor Docks - Charles owns his own fishing fleet and this is the freshest fish you'll find in Destin. He has a market, but the top stuff goes upstairs to his kitchen.
Dewey Destin's - Nearly as good as HD, IMO. Less atmosphere at the harbor/navarre locations.
Louisiana Lagniappe - Not sure where they source their product, but it's always good and the setting at the east end of the harbor makes for a fine sunset dining experience.
Stinky's Fish Camp - silly name, but quality seafood...lots of it with a cajun or creole flair.
Nick's on the Bay - Bayou Basin is a bit of a trek from your spot, but you will be rewarded with the freshest bay/gulf seafood.
Honorable mentions:
Harbor Docks Sushi - Yoshi is one of the most sought after sushi chefs in the US
Boathouse - dive bar atmosphere for a fried fish sandwich and some raw oysters
McGuire's Irish Pub- Fish and chips and chips and chips....

In general, The Back Porch is not fine dining but they have 1 dish that I have gotten and really enjoyed. The stuffed shrimp are delicious.
Dewey Destin’s fried shrimp are 10/10.
Not seafood but don’t sleep on I Heart Fatboys. Their burgers are stupid good. That may be my favorite food in Destin if we are being honest.

Boshamps.
Edit to add-
I'm not a Destin expert, I have only spent two weeks there over the last several years, but ate out every night and Boshamp's was the only memorable one that stands out to me.

I mean, Harbor Docks is solidly decent sushi, but “one of the most sought after sushi chefs in the US?” Come on dude

Yoshi’s sushi trail expands into Alabama and Georgia as well. Chuck’s Fish in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa offer Yoshi established sushi bars and fresh seafood caught by us at Harbor Docks. The recently opened Five in Athens, Georgia has a sushi bar that Yoshi also helped to open. Not only has she established her cooking expertise across the South, she has also catered to many A-list celebrities over the years such as Tom Hanks, Madonna, Bill Murray, Robin Williams, Danny Glover, Sharon Stone and Richard Gere. Yoshi has worked on around 60 to 70 films by being responsible for keepings the stars full and happy.
So next time your indulging in one of our delicious sushi rolls, make sure to say hello to Yoshi- the creator of all that goodness!

Maybe a little hyperbole on my part, but she is in demand.
