I think Drift is technically the LSU bar? It can be kind of young though and does the whole play club music during comemrcials thing. It's fairly open to the elements as wellso depending on the weather may not be ideal. They wil have a ton of LSU fans there though and the game audio on the loud speakers.

The Boot across the streat from Drift should also have audio from the game and is less "club vibes", but is completely outdoors so again somewhat weather dependent.

Not sure on what other spots are guarenteed to have the audio, it will be the main primtetime game so I'm sure there wil be a number of sports centric bars that are likelt ot have audio.

Edit: Apparently new alumni watch party spot has changed from Drift to Kirby Ice House.

Drift is no longer the official LSU watch bar. It is now Kirby Ice House.

I was at Minute Maid this past weekend and that place was bumping. Ended up going to Pitch 25 to get away from the crowd

Looks like there are two Kirby Ice House Locations.

The one on Eastside Street is the only with the co-eds that will make you rethink life.

The one on Gessner looks like the new LSU bar.

Good, I’ll go to the Kirby’s on Eastside; sure the game will be on there, as well.

Woodrow’s isn’t LSU anymore. I think they are U of H.

LSU alumni association has contracts for the “official bar” of watch parties. 90% of tvs will have the game as well as audio over the speakers. Last two years was Drift but they moved it this year to Kirby.

Who are the idiots downvoting? Everything I said is factual

Which Woodrow's? Big Woodrow's on Chimney Rock has been closed for 11 years, and the Little Woodrow's on S Shepherd no longer hosts LSU watches, neither does the new LW in Sugar Land Town Center

HUGE news for me. I’m much closer to Kirby’s on Gessner. I always thought Drift was a weird spot, I’d usually end up walking to McIntyre’s or another nearby bar.

I agree, Drift wasn’t ideal. Small bar area that was always crowded and just not enough space in general. No AC.

Woodrows was awesome and 2 blocks from my place so I loved when it was there.

Never been to this Kirby location but it should be a lot bigger and better than both. Just slightly farther out from the city.

I wonder how many of us are around each other and never know
