Legislation would go a long way depending on which party decided to chase that rabbit. Women are flocking liberal in record numbers. Alimony, child support and other reform (fathers rights, punishment against false abuse allegations, punishment against lying about who the dad is, rtc) would probably gain men from many different races and socioeconomic backgrounds for said party.

Just my opinion.

That’s the biggest problem is these women are evil and know they have power after they screw up their relationships. The go to is always blame the man when women are straight out of their minds these days. The govt enabled this to generate more tax money to come in.

Trump's largest gain in 2020 was white female voters.

None of the things that you listed are Federal issues. Those are for states to decide.

Hard to justify federal involvement here unless the argument is civil rights - and the DOJ already has that capability.

You're a typical liberal with name calling being your first resort when you see something you don't like. And the insult is especially asinine as no one is fricking the blue haired whales on your side.

A divorce should be black and white. Keep all premarital assets and equally split any postmarital assets. No alimony. Equal custody of children barring any criminal issues.

It seems like a great ideal, but could also be political suicide as there is more voting age women than men. You might get quite a few more men to vote for you, but you'd definitely get most the women united against you, and the MSM would make you out to be Satan with all the propaganda on how you want to take all rights from women, whether that is what you want or not..

It would really take some balls to run with this Nationally, but if you start locally in some heavily red areas, it might gain traction and eventually become a national issue.

Y'all fake small gov conservatives sure love federal oversight and control when it's convenient.

Could have spent the exact same amount of time sending emails to your local politicians, but nahhhhhh. Lets get on TD and look dumb as frick.

I'd consider it a civil rights issue when there are judges out there who have still ordered men to continue paying child support after a DNA test proved they weren't the father.

Unless these are federal judges, it’s not a federal issue.

The federal government most certainly can and does step in when states are involved in human rights violations.

The fact that you consider men being held accountable for their decisions to be a human rights violation is absolutely ridiculous and is really par for the course around here.

Just another small government, conservative Poli board poster.

Huh? Did you even read my post? I said there are judges who will force a man to continue to pay child support even though the woman lied and a DNA test proved it wasn't his child. The state just doesn't want to have to support the mother so they put it on the man. And if the man doesn't pay for the child that isn't his, they'll throw him in jail. That is a human rights violation.

Bouncing an idea off of people on a message board designed for political discourse seems more appropriate than sending emails to local politicans.

I don't disagree with this -- its hard for me to keep up though and understand where the line is. You want DEI, Affirmative Action, Abortion "Rights", Education Curriculum, Gun Control and Freedom of speech to all be tinkered with at the Federal level, but to establish as a country that the we understand that by 2030, 50% of 30 year old women will be single and childless is an issue at a federal level is wrong.

ok?

Gotta love it how the board lefties go on attack with it's not a fed issue and "how small govt of you" when people start to discuss getting in on their grift. And the Right keeps getting cucked as the Dems federalize things and the Right keeps letting them while trying to honor their small govt ideals. Obviously we don't want these things to be done at the fed level but if the Dems do it then it either needs to be reversed asap or countered with a Right ideal at the fed level to cancel it out.

Ie...gay "marriage" isnt a fed issue yet the faux "defenders of democracy" voided the vote of the people of CA to get scotus to make a national law. Despicable people they are.
