I've found that some of the slow drivers in the left lane are checking out their phone. They know if they are going 60 there is little chance they are going to rear end someone. It blows my mind when 4 or 5 people pass you that you still don't get the idea to get over.

They haven’t checked any of their mirrors for miles, dude.
