Kemp's not the one throwing firebombs at Trump, it's the other way around. Trump acting like Kemp is out of line in some fashion is so dumb. Trump endorsed Kemp's opponent in the primary and the general.

Just like Youngkin and Trump have had dust ups, Trump has come out praising the hell out of Youngkin because of what he has done.
He would do the exact same for Kemp.
The call outs are a negotiating tactic. It gives Kemp the opportunity to do something good for his state and Trump will praise him for it.
