I thought Kelly changed #7 to be assigned to the best player from Louisiana on the roster? Isn't Perk from Texas?

Harold's from New Orleans, but moved to Houston at some point. Has always had New Orleans on his LSU bio though.

Yeah I’m in year 3 in my dynasty and my sophomore Left Guard is #3 
He was listed as an ATH and his primary position was DE I believe. But I had a stronger need at guard.

I hate the fact that you can’t change players’ numbers in dynasty. It changed Perkins to #21 in my second season and there was no way to change it back.
