I think it’s a little bit of her lack of development last season and possibly being passed over soon. But she seems like a very family oriented person and her brother recently transferred to Texas so possibly it’s a decision where her family can all be closer.

Let’s all be patient. LSU is doing its due diligence in recruiting and will still have a very successful team next year.

Kim Mulkey doesn’t guarantee starter positions or playing time. Jaloni wanted to start day one and play with her sister, can’t recruit against that. Sarah wants an easier path to playing time next year which today doesn’t seem likely but anything can happen by this time next year. So I think LSU feels like she’ll go else where. They are still recruiting high school players and will probably sign 1 or 2 more but they will hit the transfer portal hard if need be.

What about when your all American forward has to match up on defense against a true center? Position-less or not, she would be forced to defend larger players against teams that have them. Nonetheless, I trust Mulkey and her staff
