LOL - So he is talking about the kid who should still have his Dad around if the Dad beat up his wife?
What if the kid and the Dad has an amazing relationship? You should just rip that away from the kid when the kid has absolutely nothing to do with the "violent" relationship between his/her mom and dad?

He actually didn’t say that, and I see nothing wrong with what he did say. The sexual revolution in the 1960s and 1970s destroyed the family unit in this country, maybe irreversibly. Leftists want to know why there’s so much violence in our schools, maybe let’s start with the fact that an overwhelming majority come from single parent homes.

A husband willing to beat up his spouse will almost certainly beat up his kids. Domestic violence charges almost uniformly result in supervised visitation at the discretion of either the abused spouse or a court appointed Guardian ad Litem.

Here's the thing : 50% of american marriages end up in divorce. So there's a lot of women open to voting Trump who have divorced their husbands. Some of them for domestic violence. This is not helping with winning them over.
