I'd argue that it's not an insurrection yet as it doesn't look like a violent uprising. Could be any minute now, though.

Did they storm the capitol, or enter into an area open to the public while it was open to the public?
Were there police trying to keep them out?

Just trying to get the details on what happened. I can't find anything about it on Fox News' front page. I'd think people "storming" the capitol would be covered there.
