We always had a blast at the "Recruiting Bash"! Also enjoyed the silent auctions at the bash. One of my winning bids was for the U.S. flag flown on U.S. Capitol in honor of L.S.U. 2003 BCS National Championship along with the official declaration certificate.

Zatarain's dropped out as the title sponsor and Tony Chachere’s decided not to fill the void last minute. After that the event basically went bankrupt and I doubt it’ll be held anymore.

I worked it circa 2005-07 ish and it was freaking awesome. Can only understand it wasn’t was it use to be bc of NIL situations.
