Wait I was told white people were the most dangerous in the world. Those look like cities where white people are a minority. Surely this can’t be true.

Lived inside I-240 my entire adult life. Never once been a party of violent crime.

I don't even live in an affluent part of town.

It's quite simple really. There are two areas of Memphis, both easily avoidable and out of the way, that are warzones. Chances are you will be fine if you don't go there.

South Africa: A lot of poor and desperate people and a lot of affluent people in the same country. Not a good mix.
