Anyone renewing their Tiger Stadium seatbacks this year?

They were terribly uncomfortable for me and my family last year so we're not renewing them. I'm looking for others now but I can't find the dimensions of the ones LSU provides in order to compare to what I see elsewhere. Anyone know the dimensions of the LSU ones?

Also, their website claims it's "the most comfortable stadium seat on the market". Was the person who made that claim used to sitting on thumbtacks?

What is the average BMI for your family? Sounds like a you issue, not a seat issue.

We are scrawny skinny little fricks . My seat kept shifting forward and backward last year and with a wallet in my back pocket, it sat right on the hard plastic edge so I was constantly adjusting both my position in the seat and the seat's position since it kept shifting all over the place on me. My kid's and wife's seat did the same thing multiple times throughout the games. It's not an us issue. Perhaps you didn't have these issues because you're heavier than we are, thus preventing the seat from moving at all and your wallet in your back pocket may have been away from the hard plastic edge due to your large arse cheek hanging over the side of it.

I sat in some. They were fine. Best thing was it kept the rotund woman two seats over off of me

It’s better than sitting on the bleachers & good to claim your space. Bringing your own is probably a better option for comfort though

I share tickets with my brother. We had those seatbacks a few years ago. We all fit on them with no problems, but they were ridiculously hard. We had them removed halfway through the season. It's definitely a seat issue for some of us.

I hated the seats as they were not comfortbale. The only positive was literally reserving the spot for me.

I agree with the OP. The mesh seat backs last year were awful and very uncomfortable. The cushioned ones were better.

The stadium policy has restrictions…no wider than 16” and no pockets if you want to bring your own.

I did
I find them better then the old ones
The old ones would be full of water every time you sat in them
It’s better then sitting on metal bleachers

I hate the new ones. My problem is that they rock back too far. I have really long legs so if someone is sitting in one in the row in front of me, I have no room at all for my legs. I end up sitting kind of sideways.

The old seats were just fine.

I have tried and do not like. They push you forward off of the seat.

Nope, may bring my own if I'm sober enough to remember and/or care.

I like them for the sole reason it keeps people from spilling over into our seats.

That’s a decent reason to renew, honestly. I may endure them again for that reason alone so thank you for mentioning that.

They had to replace too many of them each year so they went with a more durable design. They are less comfortable and as someone else mentioned, don't leave any room for the person sitting behind you.

If you are going to watch, the couch at your house on the 4K is the way to go.
