Feel like I've heard it's FSUs to lose, Miami has thrown the biggest bag, and he only decommited from us to get a pay raise - got it and is going to recommit.
So idk what to think.

It feels like to me Antoine ends up in this class when the dust all settles. Weather that means he jumps back on board the 20th or down the line, I do think he’s in the class.
We really need to land Pickett. Seems to me like it’s Oregon or us, with Oregon having the slight edge.
A Pickett and Antoine tandem probably ensures LSU finishes with a top 3 overall class.

I've heard that the de-commitment was some sort of miscommunication with BR and people feel confident that he will be back in the class

I’m hoping that’s right Sonny made it sound like by December he would be back. I think the July commitment is throwing a wrench.

Not saying you are wrong or anything like that - but why do we think he will commit elsewhere on the 20th, but will still end up at LSU? It just doesnt make sense to me that people have reliable information that this will happen?
Do people think this just because LSU is confident they can reflip him? Or this miscommunication is fixable? If so, why is he committing somewhere else first?
Granted, I know the recruiting game is never 100% either way and can always change. More of a general question as to why we think someone will commit to another school, but will end up with the player.

Just don't see a recommit so soon after the decommit. He decommits 9 days after visiting Fla. st. . I think he chooses FSU, then maybe we flip him close to signing day.
