Heard Mainieri on the radio a couple of weeks ago and he said that he would like to run with Ranaudo on Fridays and Coleman as the closer. Didn't go into much detail on the rest of the weekend starters.

I heard somewhere that Coleman was already named the starter for the first game of the season.

Coleman will not be a weekend starter. Coach has said it plenty of times

Ranaudo, Brown, Ross
Coleman will be more of a Bradford, starting, relieving and closing

Coach promised Coleman start for the opener, but after that Coleman will go to the Bradford type role. We need Coleman to be in more games than just once a weekend.
He can make more of an impact there.

Whats the story on Brown this year. He always seemed solid for one maybe two rotations through the line up and then he got rocked. Any development or new pitches that could make him more effective this year?

I forgot about C. Matulis. He will wind up a starter IMHO.

I smell at least two 10 game winners.
