What restaurants/ attractions are you going to in Vegas

My BIL just got back and said everything needed reservations if not you are waiting in long lines. We are both in late 50’s ( wife and I) so far I’ve made reservations for Top Of Binion's Steakhouse , Arte Museum, Las Vegas Sphere and Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen. We also plan on hitting Fremont Street. What yall doing Labor Day weekend besides the game?

We wanted to see the Beatles Love show but it appears the last show will be in July. We will probably find another show or two.
Otherwise, tour Hoover Dam, go to Red Rocks, and make scenic drives and visit other parks for hikes.
