Has anyone ever found a flag pole system for your house that doesn’t constantly wrap up? I have tried 2 with zero luck. I unwrap this thing all day long, everyday here.

I had same problem and bought what was mentioned above. There are some cheaper options that work just as well.

It's not fool proof, but it works pretty damn well and those last a long time.

Spinning Aluminum Flag Pole

I use this. While not 100%, it does work pretty well.

The one I am using has the rings that my flag is clipped to but it just does not spin in the wind for some reason. It is not a bearing, just a ring that is larger than the flagpole

Thanks for the suggestions..

Those spinning flag poles go to shite quickly. For the same price, keep your pole and replace the swivels

On a similar note, can anyone recommend a good US-made American flag?

A lot of traditional cotton flags seem to discolor or shred in the sun after a season or two.

I'm tempted to try a nylon ULINE 3'x5' flag at $41 plus another $20 in shipping fees. I gotta believe ULINE when they say theirs is made in the USA.

Looks like they sell Annin Flagmakers' extra durable "Tough-Tex" 3' x 5' flag on Amazon for under $40

I've had an Annin flag pole since 2007 and it has been fine. Their solar light is garbage in that it won't hold a charge over night and the battery cover tabs are brittle and break. I use a Heath LED photocell light for night illumination.
