Would LSU ever consider Cannizaro back?

I know he has had problems just about everywhere he went. But he’s a damn good hitting coach and I believe he could help with recruiting as well.
I just realized he’s coaching for the Knights organization 10u ball. Probably having a field day with the moms. Not saying I believe he should be back, but would there be any situation where he’d be considered?

Honestly not worth the headache. Jay does very well coaching hitters himself. Not really any point to bringing him back.

Why would this thought even enter your mind?

Honestly, the school that's missing him is State. He had them rolling when he first got there and Lemonis piggy backed off him to his initial success.

From coaching premiere SEC baseball to coaching pre-pubescents. Talk about a fall from grace

Just because I realized he was coaching kid ball and knew he was a damn good coach. I think LSU is the only place he didn’t have issues. Like I said, I’m not advocating just asking a question.

He's been kicked out of all of his stops. The answer should be obvious.

I’m surprised no one has given him an opportunity even as an off field role

As far as lsu goes pitching coach is what Jay needs to supplement his staff as that’s not his expertise

What I find maddening is when he was here we stole bases like crazy and every year when he hasn’t been here it’s like stolen bases don’t exist

The man isn’t a wizard. Are other coaches just lazy here?

Not saying he isn’t a good guy but there isn’t much to the other side of the story when you are cheating on your wife and texting the mistress while in the dugout

It’s just different systems. Some guys like to run like crazy, others prefer to just bop

Didn’t the players get rid of him after the first weekend getting swept by USM?

Yeah well nobody knows if it’s a happy marriage except for him and his wife.

Nobody is saying they are perfect

But texting your mistress during a game from a dugout is out there man, and there isn’t a side of a story that ever makes that acceptable

If he simply had an affair that isn’t an issue from a coaching standpoint. Using your phone during a game after being told once not to do that is pretty extreme
