Looking at the tropical tidbits page at the GFS forecast 10 days out for a trip to Belize.I know its a long shot but any shot at the low pressure on the 25th actually doing something and is there a way to see more than just the gulf forecast?

I can sell you trip insurance if you’re in the market.

Just add MyRadar app to your phone. You've already booked and paid, so it's a roll of the dice no matter where on the globe you are.

If you have an IPhone just use the built in weather app and add your destination to the list of cities. It will have a 10 day forecast for it.
But just realize anything with weather is subject to change. The rule of thumb is the longer the forecast the less accurate the forecast. Unless you are in a desert or in a stable weather pattern, even a day of forecast could be wrong, but some weather forecasters will cover their arse by saying there will be 10% chance of rain.

I’m no expert but I doubt you’d get more than a tropical storm
You can go to regions and move the map to western Atlantic and see more of Belize

This is one of the main reasons my Punta Cana trips are always February.
