Guy at Perkins Rd and Balis Dr on the Sleep City corner in Southdowns Shopping Center

He's always there during daylight hours and was there as recently as this evening. Please accept my apology in advance if this mystery has already been explained here. It is always so refreshing, encouraging and uplifting that so many of you guys know so many things I see, but have nowhere to turn for explanation.There's a guy in an upright, maybe canvas folding chair, always positioned in the same spot within few feet of Balis, and always facing Sleep City. It is probably as simple he is the security guy fot Sleep City. No. Please let me know.

I recently bought a mattress at that store and asked the mgr about him. I was told St. Aloysius had offered him a free apartment on the opposite corner but he refused saying he wanted to make a point and that he had been mistreated by LSU and had been kicked out of school. The manager told me he freaks out the employees and some customers and takes a dump in a bucket and urinates on the ground.
Mentally Ill and needs help. Good luck with that. We don’t seem to have much we can do with folks in this predicament. It’s probably not going to end well for him and some poor do gooder who tries to help him.
