When you are the coaches favorite you can get away with that.


Kid would sit for any other coach at this level. Routinely jogs after pass balls. Ole Neal can hit though. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a left handed bat like it in college. On par with Todd Helton.

Kid needs to be pulled. In a game like this we need 100%. I l would have liked to Milazzo in this high stress game to keep control of the pitchers. But JJ knows what he is doing!

Nothing wrong with a catcher not going 100% on a routine ground ball. Save them legs for working behind the plate. Only guy in the lineup that gets a pass on that though.
