Alex Milazzo.

Really wouldn’t mind him coming back as a GA or some other type of assistant

I expect him to be on the staff in some capacity at some point
Jay mentioned him becoming a coach last season & the few pregames I caught on the radio he was on most of them
He has a bright future ahead of him whatever he chooses to do

Is this where we start bringing another name up of a player that we will clamor for making a head coach regardless of qualification? A Blake Dean for a new generation?

Like Jay & Skip it’ll be a guy who’s had no affiliation with the program.

Speaking of which I hope they can make the tournament this year. He's done so well with UNO, basically has a winning season every year there almost. Always comes up just short in their conference tournament though to get an auto bid.

The rants dream coaching staff.
HC - Milazzo
Hitting - Dean
Pitching - McDonald
First Base Coach - Bianco
There are people on the rant who would fire JJ the second post season ends to hire this staff.
And a quick click on their search history would show that they were also 100% in Orgeron's corner even when the ship was sinking. ONE OF US BABY!!!!

Jerry Rice can help when he has down time from football. I'm sure Jordan would love to be an unpaid assistant as well.

This is the equivalent of a lot of fans now clamoring that Seimone Augustus is now the WBB “head coach in-waiting.”
Now I know SA is far more accomplished and decorated in her respective sport than AM is in his, but that’s not the point. LSU fans seem to be the dumbest in thinking that a player with a bit on the ball but absolutely no coaching experience should be an LSU head coach in a major sport.
When Kim Mulkey retires, Scott Woodward or his successor will hire a proven winner as a head coach at a major program. When Jay Johnson retires, the same will happen.

The future is now. Embrace it. Love it. Remember it. It’s all fleeting.

Staff of Bianco, Milazzo, Dugas, Beloso, and Fireman probably wins 10 straight Nattys

Blake has the conference hitter of the year for the third straight year with Sanford winning this year. Nil has killed him as his top guys always leave. I'm hoping they make a run this week, but as always I'm not sure the Privateers have the pitching to win a conference tournament.
