Sorry denim for high jacking but Andy bakers upper lower 4 day hypertrophy is good stuff. Top set, back off set for mains, also some DC training for some accessories.

you are right, my bad. and I have all his books and programs. used to be in the baker barbell club training
the best book he has is the kingwood S&C programming and training book. It covers all his programs and in much more detail than the other books.
and yea his podcast is a great listen.
